1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened by an electronic hair stick at temperatures less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because the hair lacks cuticles to retain the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Wig Wearing Steps: a. Comb the wig gently with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Keep the wig in place.

5. Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb.
6. Put shampoo in cold or warm water and soak the wig for 1-3 minutes.
7. Rinse the wig with water.
8. Dry the wig with a towel.

9. Gently shake the wig to regain its style and then let it dry naturally.

10. Shedding and Tangle Issue: All wigs will shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from the ends to the roots, and the wig fiber will no longer shed or tangle. (Tip: For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb by hand.)

11. Hairstyle and Color Issue: All wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may slightly differ from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig based on your preferences. Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We do our best to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when you receive it. Don't worry, simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be the same as in the picture.
